Equity International Trust Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by third parties with whom you shared your personal information.

You should never give your password or PIN to anyone else. Equity International Trust Inc. will never request your password or PIN in an unsolicited e-mail or phone call.

Retention of Information

We keep your information only so long as we need it for the products and services we have been hired to deliver, subject to reasonable business record retention policies and legal requirements. We have standards that meet these requirements. We either destroy information or render it anonymous when it is no longer needed. You may request that we delete your Personal Information by contacting us. If we are the data controller and use your information for marketing purposes, we will process your request directly. For all other cases where Equity International Trust Inc. is the data processor we are generally required by law to retain your information. However, we will forward your request to the appropriate data controller and follow the instructions of the data controller.
